My name is Sara

I founded Further&More because I’m passionate about making work… work. For everyone.

I’ve been focused on job-sharing for the last three years, and before that I was a senior civil servant leading a dementia think-tank. I have always mentored and coached women at different stages of their career, helping them to balance a career focus with their non-work lives.
