Session: Mapping your skills
Evidence says we are great at seeing one-another's strengths, but less good at seeing our own. This session will leave you with an honest, fulsome, and inspiring skills map. You can refer to this before applying for roles or promotions, or in performance reviews. It also forms the basis of a great CV. And for some participants, it's something they refer to whenever their confidence is not at its peak, to remember just how great they really are! Coffee break
Session: Your goals
A session devoted to reflect on your ambitions and goals, to identify challenges and create a plan to address them. Ruth will take you through a brilliant process which leads to an achievable plan which you can enact in the coming weeks and months.

Transforming your career – Workshop itinerary
Session 1: Speed Networking
Time to get to know your fellow attendees. Before we start, we'll share advice for how to make a great first impression.
Session 2: Negotiation workshop
Advantage Spring will help you develop the new skills you’ll need to negotiate and influence. These skills are vital when agreeing working patterns, roles, responsibilities and salaries.
Session 4: Skills mapping
Time to think about your skills, drawing on all areas of your life. There is strong evidence that we are great at seeing one-another's strengths, but less good at seeing our own. So we will form small groups to challenge each other to set out an honest, fulsome and inspiring skills map.

Session 4: Goal re-setting
After a day of fun, a space to reflect again on your ambitions and goals, to identify challenges and create a plan to address these.
Ruth works mainly with mums to help them make the transition from employee to entrepreneur.
She helps mums re-evaluate their working life and create the lives that the desire that work around their families. She has the perfect blend of knowledge, qualifications and first-hand experience to empathise with your current situation, and to help you move towards a more flexible, fulfilling work-life that better complements your family-life.
